About Debugging:
1 Zero adjustment
First, turn the system into idle state, adjust the potentiometer of the "ZERO" mark to adjust the zero offset. The multimeter is used to measure the output voltage or current, and display the value as close as possible to the zero display. Or change magnification to increase zero change.
2 gain adjustment
Use the system to load specific weight values (recommended range: 80% ~ 100% FS), calculate the output current value according to the relationship between load weight and maximum weight, digital multimeter monitoring output, and potentiometer to adjust the amplifier. Gain spin labeled "SPAN"
3 Retest
The system is in idle state and measures zero output. Load a specific weight value, measure the output voltage and repeatedly adjust steps 1 and 2 if fluoride does not meet the expected magnification expectations.
