Common Problems
No sound from single ear/binaural earphones.
1. There is a possibility that you may fail to pair the earphones.Put the earphones back into the charging case, take them out and pair them again.
2. Please try the reset method.
No LED battery indicator/cannot charge the earphones.
1. Please fully charge the charging case as the battery may run out of power.
2. Please connect the earphones to your device as they may complete charging.
3. There is a possibility that the contact points of the magnet in the charging case and the contact points of the earphone are not in contact.Please adjust the position of the earphone.
4. There may be dirt on the charging terminal and charging pins.Clean the charging terminals and charging pins with a cotton swab.
