Description

■ Shape: Rosette Washer
Round washers with mortar shape with recessed center Also called "Yamagata Washer".
Rosette washers are special washers for screws with "Sarah shape" head such as flat machine screws and sarah caps. This washers eliminates the need for ragging to the original material and makes it look stylish.

■Material: Low cadmium brass
Earth friendly brass with a low concentration control of the cadmium content prescribed by RoHS Directive as a Hazardous Usage Restrictive Substances.
The mechanical properties are identical to regular brass, with excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Surface treatments such as nickel plating provide better corrosion resistance and decorative appearance.

■Surface treatment: Trivalent black
It has the same corrosion resistance as the "black chromate" and has the same possibility of self-healing.
Unlike hexavalent chrome, it is non-toxic and compliant with RoHS directive. Therefore, it is used as an alternative to black chromate.
