1. The shape of the shoe keeper is slightly different from left to right.Take care of it and insert the shoe keeper from your toe.
2.Then push the heel into the heel and put it in.
If you cant get it in, you cant force it in, but the shoe keeper is just a little tight.Push the shoe keeper in order to stretch your shoes tightly!
