This is a Vasto series from Cordovan material, P.I.D.
The leather used on the main body is primarily made from raw leather from France, Spain, and Poland, and is a tanner of Cordovan which is only one of the few companies in Japan, and uses vegetable tanned and dyed cordovan with tanned dyes. The grain pattern is prominently seen to symbolize the leather, giving it a beautiful finish of premium leather with a beautiful skin.
The leather used for the inner is made from vegetable tanned leather from the Italian tanner. Full vegetable tanned (100% vegetable tanning) & grooming finish tanned leather.
Furthermore, the tips have been built for several times, such as polishing and painting jobs. The leather part is made with great attention to detail such as polishing the top and nibble.
The leather used on the outer surface is primarily made from raw leather from France, Spain, and Poland, and uses cordovan with vegetable tanned (plant traffic) and dyed finish in Japan. The dye-finish is finished using only the dye, which makes the leather surface transparent and noticeable grain patterns that symbolize the leather, giving it a beautiful and luxurious leather finish.
It is tanned and treated with a tanner of only several Cordovan companies in Japan. In addition, the tanning and surface treatment are made by excellent craftsmen to make it a superior cordovan finish. Common leather is a collagen fiber that runs horizontally while collagen fibers intertwine. Cordovan layer is a cross-section of this collagen fiber is a surface tissue.
The fine fibers are extracted in order and arranged, so it is characterized by a very smooth and moist texture.
The leather used for the inner is made from vegetable tanned leather from the PUCCINI ATTAILIO company located in Pisa, Tuscany region. Full vegetable tanned (100% vegetable tanning) & grooming finish tanned leather. Vegetable tanned leather is hand dyed using a unique traditional method that has been inherited from the ancient times of Italy. This leather has been carefully infused with oil over time, and has its unique smell and unique color gloss that is more you use it, and the oil will not fall out. Very labor-intensive formula
The leather made with this method may fade if scratched or damaged, but the more it is used on the other hand, the leather will become more glossy if you spend a few hours such as hands and water (rain).
