Cut from a variety of materials

The XTRIMMER can cut a variety of materials (up to 0.3 inches (8 mm) cutting thickness), such as fabric, leather, rubber sheet, film, and other materials (cutting thickness) besides paper, and is also recommended for industrial use.

The main body and rail are made of high-rigidity extruded aluminum material for high cutting precision, and straight cutting accuracy.

Cutting Method:

(1) Release the lever in the direction of the arrow, the rail will raise up.

(2) Place objects under the rail and align the cut surface.

(3) Lock the lever in the direction of the arrow, the rail will fall down and hold the object in place.

(4) Slide the slider from start to end to end to cut the object.

Large diameter 2.4 inches (60 mm) rotating blade

Equipped with a rotating blade with a large diameter of 2.4 inches (60 mm).Compared to conventional (disc cutter), the blade is large in diameter, so it is easy to insert even thick materials and reduces the load when cutting.

In addition, the conventional product is cut with 0.1 inch (3.5 mm), but it can be cut to a thickness of 0.3 inch (8 mm).

Tension can be adjusted according to the cut object.

Turn the orange tension dial to adjust the tension of the cassette.Thick materials such as cardboard strengthen the tension, clockwise use the "+" direction, and thin materials such as vinyl decreases the tension and counterclockwise in the "-" direction.The thickness and hardness of the object makes it difficult to cut depending on the thickness, hardness and density, so please adjust the tension and use it.

Use a supporter to secure the cut object

Used when objects are not in the cutting direction.Attach the support to both sides of the rail.Choose a screw hole where the end can be pressed, then screw the supporter to fix it.

Equipped with LED lights for working in dark places.

The slider part is equipped with an LED light, and when you press the LED button, the light will be partially illuminated.It can be used in a wide range of situations where the cutting surface is hard to see or in dark places such as factories and warehouses.

AA batteries sold separately.When the LED light is not in use, please remove the battery.

How to replace the blade

(1) Open the slider cover and push the green holder release in the direction of the arrow.

(2) Take out the cassette holder in the direction of the arrow.

(3) Remove the replacement blade from the cassette holder.

The product comes with an open seal so please peel it off before use.In addition, push the cassette holder down until it clicks.

The cassette type allows you to replace the blade without touching the blade even when replacing the blade.

Replace with a new replacement blade if it gets poorly sharp.

Economical cutter mat that can be used for a long time.

With the lever released, push the eject lever in the direction of the arrow and pull out the cutter mat.

The cutter mat has 4 places where the blade is received (2 left and right on one side x 2 sides) so it can be used for a long time and is economical.If the groove of the cutter mat becomes deeper and less sharp, replace with a new cutter mat.
