360 degree rotation allows "movement" to create the desired position. The two-sided movement features a sitting, standing tool and a base with a gentle slope, but the tilt mechanism on the base allows the body to move in any direction.
The seat reminiscent of a horse saddle is also an important part of the movement, which is engineered to prevent slipping even when the thigh is closer to vertical, meaning it almost stands up.
