OUR STORY

Founder Tony Post has been launched topo athletic in 2013 with over 35 years of experience in shoe development and manufacturing.The mission of topo athletic is to make "Best Natural Running Shoes" on this planet.

Tony was captivated by running when he belonged to the land of Tallsa University in Oklahoma.He moved to Massachusetts to perform a serious running competition after college graduation, but his goal has always been impeded by multiple injuries and overtraining.When Tony was unable to focus on running, Tony started working with Rockport that created a unique shoe that was used in leather shoes with the Vibram Soles.

Tony has worked on Rockport for 15 years and wore the know-how of shoe making.Vice President at the time, he had a track of selling about 3.5 billion yen, and expanded to sales up to nearly 55 billion yen.Since then, it became CEO of Vibram USA and has always been revolutionized in the running shoe world, with Vibram FiveFingers etc.Working in Vibram USA for 11 years, we started to feel that there is still something in the market today.In traditional running shoes, it was founded to feel the need for shoes that can run more naturally.

Today, topo athletic is sold in over 500 dedicated gate stores, including REI of major outdoor stores.We have already expanded worldwide in Europe, Asia/Oceania, and we continue to grow into a global brand.
