This set includes Halloween tattoos that are gentle on your skin and can be easily applied with water and can be easily applied anywhere with water.
We use only use raw materials approved by the world’s highest standard, the FDA (U.S Food and Drug Administration) to make these tattoo stickers with safety as our primary priority.
Notes for using tattoo stickers:
Warning:
Please do not apply around your mouth and eyes, as there is a risk of blindness or other injury.

Directions for use:
1. Cut out the design of your choice with scissors.
2. Peel off the transparent protective sheet and place the image side to your skin and then wet it with a wet cloth on the back for 30 seconds.
3. Carefully peel off the backing paper and gently wipe off excess water with a dry cloth.
How to remove tattoo stickers:
1. Soak a cotton ball or tissue with water, diluted alcohol or baby oil, then wet the image for about 20 seconds.
2. Massage the skin to gently rub the image off.
3. The image can be removed by transferring the image using adhesive tape such as cellophane tape.
If you use tape, the sebum of your skin will come off with it, so please use cream or oil after.
