Description
How to use?
1. Turn the knob to adjust the gap of the handle to fit your hand size before use.
2.Set your personal information Register your personal information in advance and get the number before measuring.
3.Measurement In standby state, press USER to get measurement. LCD displays information such as number, gender, real-time grip value, and rating.
4. Press ON/SET for 3 seconds, the dynamometer will turn off. Alternating between previous and recent values.
Record:
Press the "up/down" button to check user information, such as number, gender, recent records.
QUICK MEASUREMENTS:
Press the start button to make quick measurements without personal information to save the records. Hold the ON/SET button for 3 seconds or idle for 20 seconds to turn off the dynamer.
