LITE(ライト)アンクルブレイスは足首の垂直方法の動きを妨げずに、足の底屈·背屈をスムースにしながら、足首のねじれを抑制します。サイドパネルとU字型足底プレートが捻挫を予防します。また衝撃吸収パットで装着感を高める構造です。足底プレートは靴のインソールの下にセットするため、シューズとの高い一体感が得られます。バレーボールのサイドステップ時の捻挫予防に、バスケットボールのリバウンド時の捻挫予防に最適です。軽量·薄型デザインです。左右兼用でフリーサイズ(靴サイズ25.0~31㎝まで対応)です。

How to wear LITE ankle brace

Remove shoe insole. Run the U-shaped plate under the insole with light ankle brace	Put your feet into the shoes. When you get a pair of shoes and light ankle braces, then put your feet into the shoes and tie the shoelaces.	Wrap around the strap and put it on. Finally, wrap around the ankle strap and youre done.
