This PCM-PAC is a cold-temperature ice pack with a built-in phase change material PCM that changes in phase (hardens or melts at 32 degrees Celsius).
Unlike frozen ice packs, it will come back in a room with air-conditioning.
It can be recharged immediately if cooled under running water. It will not melt in places below 30 degrees Celsius and does not need to be kept cold. Please stick it to the back of your smartphone or game console when it gets hot.
