Installation Guide: Step 1: Remove the protective cover before installation. Plastic Tape

Step 3: Insert the ink cartridge into the printer.

Note: Do not touch the tip and nozzle. Wipe with eraser or dry lint free cloth if touched by mistake.

For common issues, please troubleshoot the steps:

1 These are non-genuine, ink cartridges. Printer may display ink alert messages such as "non-original cartridge". Simply press "Yes", "Continue,", "Accept", or "OK" to reject the prompt.

2. When you encounter an unrecognized issue, use a pencil eraser to scrape the tip firmly and gently polish the debris. Reinstall the cartridge into the printer twice and turn off the printer with the cartridge installed. Turn on the printer and try to print it again.
