Description

GMB stabilizer links have moderate friction torque and rotational motion for smooth operation of your vehicle. It also responds to irregular changes on the road, supporting a stable ride and ride of the vehicle.
In order to achieve this, GMB uses highly abrasion-resistant resin sheets (POM) ACETAL) and special synthetic grease between the ball fittings to reduce friction as possible, and in the dust cover (dustproof cover) we use anti-seep grease to extend the life of the stabilizer links.
GMB in Thailand has been tested for static testing, destruction and endurance testing required during development to maintain product reliability.
We undergo thorough quality control through adequate heat treatment, thorough acceptance inspection, and self-inspections in each manufacturing process.

[Stabilizer Link Functions]
Independent suspension, the left and right wheel alignment is required as the left and right balance will be disrupted depending on the road conditions. Therefore, you can install the stabilizer bar with spring material, and the stabilizer bar is fixed to the vehicle body to create torsion moment due to the difference in height of the left and right wheels.
The upper and lower motor energy can be converted to torsion energy due to the difference in height of the left and right wheels, so you can maintain the balance of both wheels and prevent the wheel from tilting and vibration.
One side of the stabilizer conroll link is fixed to the stabilizer and the other is fixed to the vehicle. The stabilizer control link is longer because it is often fixed to the damper for the vehicle. Since the longer the bends become easier to occur, the bar diameter is determined by considering the bending.
The front part of the strut suspension vehicle also rotates the strut through the rotation of the steering wheel, which increases the working angle of the stabilizer control bar.

[Stabilizer Link Structure]
There is a coupling rod to secure the stabilizer bar to the car body, and the coupler on both ends of the connecting rod. There are two types of couplers both ball joint type and rubber bushing.
The ball joint type has a resin ball sheet inside the housing welded to the coupling rod and the ball stud is positioned. Special synthetic grease is inserted between the ball stud and the ball seat to prevent friction. To prevent grease leakage and intrusion, one side of the housing is inserted into the plug and the other side is assembled with grease infused dust cover.
Ball studs have two sides of either a hex or hex hole for assembly or disassembly.
