■コア(使用済み部品)の返却について■
*コア（交換済み部品）の返却が確認されていないお客様には*商品保証*が適用されません。
必ず同梱の伝票にてご返却下さい。(同梱伝票以外の伝票では返却の確認はできません。)
返却の確認ができない場合、コア代を請求させて頂きます。
リビルト品はコア(交換済み部品)の返却が必要です。交換が終わりましたら同個されている返却用伝票（送料弊社負担）にて速やかにご返送下さい。
発送日より２週間以内にご返送をお願いします。（事情によりお取り付けに２週間以上かかる場合は事前にご連絡をお願いします。）

保証期間内に故障が発生した場合、代替品（弊社手配品）にて交換させて頂きます。
交換後のクレーム対象品につきましては、弊社所有となりますでの１週間以内にご返却願います。
*交換工賃や自動車をご使用できなかった事による損失（レンタカー代·宿泊代·交通費·休業補償·けんいん代·営業損失等）のご請求は一切お受けできません。予めご了承下さい。

保証期間内でも次の場合には原則保証の対象とはなりません。
1.クレーム品の検査ができない場合
2.お客様自身で修理にだされ請求された費用
3.指定の伝票でコアが返却されていない場合
4.レース車輌·改造車
5.クレーム品が分解された場合、または分解された形跡のある場合
6.火災·地震等の天災地変による故障·損傷
22.クレーム原因が車輌側にある場合
