These mens business shoes from the Balance Works series reduce stress on your feet.
Balance Works is a business shoe that is soft but does not wobble with Balance Flex, and Balance Guide.
Balance Flex: The flex part of the sole is soft and has excellent flexibility. The shoes bend effortlessly so they wont strain your feet.
Balance Guide: The convex part is set in the insole to stimulate the pressure distribution of the sole, which is a kind of physical sensation to adjust your posture, and the convex area stimulates the sole of the foot and improves balance ability (ability to maintain posture or recover from unstable). In addition, the outsole is equipped with concaves, so the center of gravity is designed to be suppressed due to a high and low differences that match the weight shift, improving stability.
These effects reduce the burden on your feet.

Antitic Finish: The upper is hand-colored to create an elegant color with a shaded finish.
Ag+ Antibacterial and Deodorizing Treatment: The insole is antibacterial with silver to reduce odor-causing bacteria, so it is odor resistant.
