We tried a variety of spatulas, but the cooking spatula is thick and difficult to do so so so this scraper was flexible and easy to do.

Simply melt the commercially available ice cream in the refrigerator, spread thinly over the frozen iron plate (you can mix and mix berries, bananas, cookies, etc.), put it in the freezer for about 1 hour and roll with a spatula, and you will get a roll of ice.
