MUTEKI Running Tabi are made with traditional techniques, with 0.2 inch (5 mm) thick natural rubber soles that have been hand-sewn onto them, making them an entirely new type of footwear.-Without adding any cushioning to the soles, etc., the product provides a feel that is extremely close to running bare foot.-If you are not used to wearing tabi, first try them out indoors by walking around in them.Choosing a size for wearing with bare feet: First, please measure the actual size of the foot (heel to the tip of the foot).-Once you have your actual foot size, add 0.2 inches to it (5 mm) (for example, your size would be 10.2 inches (25.8 cm) if your actual size were 10 inches (25.3 cm). The size is 10.2 inches (26.0 cm).-Choosing a size for wearing with socks: Go down 0.3 - 0.4 inches (7 - 10 mm) from the measured size.
