💖Use and Care:
1. Put the mouth guard in hot water for 75 seconds.
2-Cool mouthguard for 1 second under tap water only to make surface temperature comfortable level.
3- Align the mouthguard with the center of the top teeth in front of the mirror. Place the mouthguard around the upper teeth and push it firmly into the mortar first, then push it into the front teeth.
4- Lift the lower jaw forward and place the teeth under the mouth guard along the lower channel. Bite the mouthguard forcefully, use your fingers to press the edge of the mouthguard against the lip and cheek to the teeth and gum line for 20 seconds.
5- Remove the mouth guard and cool it down in tap water for 30 seconds. Put it back in your mouth and test it to ensure a tight fit.
If the fit is not accurate, repeat steps 1-5.
