CU-5050 Cable (forSL-5 Series)
The CU-5050 cable is a cable made by FREETHETONE for many years to commercialize the ideal cable to connect the effectors.
50 strands of 0.08mm Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) provide sound quality, flexibility and durability. The high density braided shielding also makes the cable more noise-resistant.
Compared to CU-416, the CU-5050 features a thicker sound. Recommended for making pedalboards for basists, multi-string guitars and downtuning guitars, or for wiring effects that require thicker sounds, such as FUZZ and overdrives.
Unlike common plug construction, the core of the cable and the tip of the plug are joined inside the plug, so the joints are tightly protected and eliminate the cause of disconnection.
The plug tip and the core of the cable are joined together at a dramatically short distance, thus preventing sound quality degradation and ensuring high sound quality.
No soldering is used, so it is not affected by sound quality caused by soldering. Super space-saving design allows flexibility in narrow pedal boards.
