The HDMI output resolution of this converter is 1080p. Please make sure the cable is HDMI A Male to A Male cable and the connected monitor has an HDMI port.
Not compatible with HDMI to Mini HDMI cable, HDMI to VGA cable, HDMI to DVI cable. When connected, it will cause no sound, no image, no signal, or other incompatible situations.
If the connected monitor does not have audio output, please use the 3.5mm audio jack to connect speakers or headphones.
Do not change the video output resolution of the game console. If there is no signal or other errors, please reset the video output resolution of the game console to its default.
If there is no signal, please check if the connection between the converter and game console, and the TV monitor is working correctly. Or try to clean the unit and the game cartridge.
