This is a power swing trainer with wings that will definitely increase your distance and score in seconds for proper swing planes and head speeds.

Start by swinging it around 10 times with your usual swing.
Then, from address to top, we do a slow-rising takeback.
Cut back and swing down to prevent as much air resistance as possible from the top to before impact (waist height).
Slow until you get used to it.
From just before impact to follow, you can feel the air resistance and swing.
Then keep the finish for 3 seconds.
This training will definitely help you learn more efficient swing planes and head speed up.
