The magnification changes according to the focal length of the lens, so you can easily take close-up of small subjects. All shooting modes of the camera can be used, but exposure compensation is required.
- Tubes are designed to allow the lens to focus closer than the normal minimum focal length. When you get close, the subject will be magnified (subject will appear larger in the viewfinder or in the photo).
- These are very useful for micro photography and can convert almost all lenses to micro lenses at a fraction of the cost while maintaining the original optical quality.
- If you use the tube alone (10mm or 16mm) or in combination (10mm + 16mm = 26mm), the focal length of the lens should be larger than the tube length (10mm 16mm or 26mm).
