Description

SFC Model Features: The clamp hubs are made of lightweight, high-strength aluminum alloy with a spring-type coupling with high torsion rigidity and high response.The outer diameter of the hub is linked with the shaft diameter to reduce the moment of inertia.

Low Inertia: The outer diameter of the clamp hub is connected to the hole diameter where the diameter of the hole is used, and the outer diameter is smaller and the inertia is also suitable for high-acceleration driving.There are 3 types of shapes depending on the hole diameter combination.

No Back Lash: The shaft is tightened using a clamping mechanism, so you can install it by simply tightening the bolts on the left and right side.The clamp hubs are resistant to vibration and impact, and can be tightened, and the power transmission is conducted through friction bonding so there is no backlash.The clamping hub on both sides of the coupling has been extracted with a dedicated jig to ensure concentration.

Heat Insulation: The elements are made of stainless steel steel spring so it is difficult to transfer heat from the servo motor to the interactive axis side, reducing the variance of accuracy caused by thermal expansion.

Taper Axis Supported: By attaching optional taper adapter to the tapers axis of the servo motor to allow for tightening with the clamp hub.
