Due to the nature of the product, when stored in a temperature above 86°F (28°C), it may change into liquid and feel cold.
It is expected to be delivered in an environment above 66°F (28°C) such as during shipping in summer. The ring melts and hardens repeatedly, so some rings may have dents on the ring. After arrival, please cool it on a flat surface.
There is no problem with the use of air bubbles.
