PolyMax PC-FR is a flame-retardant (UL94V-0/1.5mm) filament with superior toughness, strength and heat resistance. This filament opens new applications in the automotive, railway and aerospace industry. Note: PolyMax PC-FR requires chamber heat retention. It is to keep the temperature of 90-100℃. Buildtak is recommended to clean the molding plates and to improve the adhesion of the models. When printing, we recommend turning off the cooling fan for better interlayer adhesion. To facilitate removal of the figurine from the plate, we recommend a Flex Plate. When using PolyMax PC-FR, we always recommend printing with a raft. To facilitate removal of draft after printing, please set the distance between the rafts and the model to about 0.008 inch (0.2 mm). Instant support Please set the return distance to 1-3mm and retraction speed to 60mm/s (if not set) for best printing effect. Dry setting at 80 degrees Celsius for 8 hours. PolyMax PC-FR recommends an hour annealed at 90 degrees Celsius immediately after the printing process.
