Flow of Purchasing:

(3) Please email us the engraving details.
(4) Foldover image image will be sent via email. We will reply you by emailing corrections such as changing letter positions and fonts.
(5) After confirming the engraving content, the production will begin. It will be shipped in about 1 week (depends on busy conditions).
(6) After production is completed, we will ship it at any time. Delivery is by mail bin and as a general rule, it will be delivered to the mailbox.
