Salt has been slightly "moisturized" when compared to regular salt. All salt is perfect for purified salt. Granularity distribution: 150μm - 600μm, 80% or more, slightly larger than standard salt. Sodium chloride is hard to serve properly, so we recommend this salt from saltwater. Zip bag for convenience.
