●MST/SST Mode: In SST mode, the same content is displayed on two external displays. In MST mode, two external displays display display different content. Due to system restrictions, Mac OS MST mode can only expand one display (i.e. three screens display the same content).

Description

DisplayPort 1.4 to DisplayPort 1.4 HDMI 8K 1 Input 2 Output Splitter/b> With this Displayport Splitter, you can connect DP Source to DP Display and HDMI Displays (only 1 input 2 outputs). Without a bi-directional switch, the dp source and HDMI source will not work for dp display.

Two Working Modes:

SST: 2 external screens display the same content, suitable for education, sharing meetings, etc.
MST: 2 external screens display different content, suitable for tasks that require a different screen.
Note: Due to system restrictions, MST mode on Mac OS can only expand one screen.

Precautions for Use:
1. When using the device, please connect the USB data cable to power the device. Otherwise, the display will not output anything.
2. It is recommended that you do not use too long cables when connecting the port. Otherwise, the screen may flicker or become unstable
3. In MST expansion mode, single port output reaches 8K and dual port simultaneous output only reach 4K. Use DP1.4 and HDMI 2.1 standard cables to achieve the best resolution. The final resolution will vary depending on the computer system.
