Since both inputs are applied to a differential circuit, both output only input signals, and only the load signal will appear in the output. Double balanced mixers are more complex and require higher drive levels than unbalanced and single-balanced designs. There is no better demand for IF filters because this mixer has better isolation on RF and IF ends compared to the LO end.
Standard SMA female connectors are suitable for connecting most devices.
