Feature

●Compared to soldering iron stations, our torch kit is portable
●The soldering iron is plug and play, so you can unplug the power supply when not in use and turn off the soldering iron, ensuring safety and energy saving
●Internal heating ceramic technology heats rapidly, stabilizes temperature, and protects welded objects
●4 vents on the end and 4 vents on the pipes provide better heat dissipation than other vents. Lower power consumption than ordinary soldering iron, energy saving and environmentally friendly
●Soldering iron tools are perfect for soldering circuit boards, home DIY enthusiasts, electrical repairs, and soldering jewelry Easy to use no matter what you choose

Description

Electric soldering iron
Welding Advantage:
1. No drilling or extrusion required, you can buy electric welder at the price of electric drill, the price of welding rod is cheap, the cost is very low.
2. Welding simplifies the assembly process and increases production efficiency.
3.Joints are continuously fused at the atomic level, high structural strength and good sealing of the joint.
4. Easy to learn, low cost and widely used.

5 Steps Operation
1. Welding preparation: Check the condition of electric soldering iron. Once you confirm correctly, determine the weld location and confirm the type of welding part.
2. Plug in and preheat welding position. Turn on the electric soldering iron and preheat the tip of the soldering iron towards the welding position, for 1 to 2 seconds (preheating time depends on the temperature of the soldering iron used and the temperature of the soldering iron used). Welded Component Temperature
3. Add the tin wire. After the welding position is preheated, hold the tin wire in your left hand and send it to the solder joint position.
4. Remove the tin wire. Remove the tin wire when the tin is melted and meets the requirements of solder joining.
5. The tip of the soldering iron is separated from the soldering joint: After the soldering joint, remove the tip of the soldering iron and place the soldering iron safely on the soldering iron stand.
