[Voltage to PWM Module]

Description

Product parameters:
Module Operating Voltage: DC12V-30V (Power Requirement: Above 100MA )
PWM Signal Reception Frequency Range: 1KHZ-3KHZ;
PWM signal input level range:
Peak value is 4.5V to 10V and jumper is inserted at 5V. This type of level signal is mainly for traditional industrial control cards (such as MACH3 board) and 5V CPU interface.
Peak value is 12-24V level, jumper is inserted at 24V. This type of level signal is mainly intended for traditional PLC interface.
Conversion Range: 0%-100% PWM to 0-10V Voltage
Tolerance: 5%

How to use:
1. After power-on, if there is no input signal, the output is 0V, and there is an input before output. It is best to calibrate and debug for the first time power on. The duty cycle finds 50% of signals and connects it to PWM, GND and the amplitude corresponds to the corresponding jumper. The frequency is 1KHZ-3KH and measures two ports of VOUT and GND in multimeters. At this time, the meter indicates about 5V, and adjusts the potentiometer on the board so that the multimeter indicates 5.00V, calibrates the pulse signal and the corresponding relationship of this module. When frequencies change, the responsibility may be insufficient and need to be re-calibrated.
2. The output voltage can be adjusted by adjusting the duty ratio.
3. You can control the accuracy by adjusting the potentiometer.
