Operating principle: DC brushed motor drive gear and DC belt screws do straight movement.
Working characteristics: the push rod has a built-in limit switch that will automatically stop from end to end (extends to end, shrink to end), and automatically shut off when power is off in the middle Controlled by switching between positive and negative poles.

Notice:
1. Push rod need to use DC 12V/24V
2.Push rod When the load reaches above the push rod torque (thrust) during the elevation process, the motor will be blocked and the power will be immediately shut.
The two conditions above will burn out the motor (belong to improper use and not covered under warranty).

Installation Size:
(1) Center distance between mounting holes in front and back after the push rod is fully contracted, i.e. the minimum mounting distance
Shrink Length = 3.9 inches (100 mm) + Stroke
(2) The center distance between the front and back mounting holes is the maximum mounting distance after the push rod is fully extended.
Extension Length = 100MM + Stroke + Stroke

Example 1: Mounting dimensions for a stroke of 3.9 inches (100 mm)
Center distance between two holes = 200MM (100MM+100MM) fully backwards.
Full Open 2 Hole Center Distance = 300MM (100MM+100MM+100MM)

Special Note: Stroke 500MM or above, Mounting Distance + 150MM
Example 2: Mounting size for stroke 23.6 inches (600 mm)
Fully retracted center distance = 750MM (150MM+600MM)
Full Open 2 Hole Center Distance = 1350MM (150MM+600MM+600MM)
