(2) Thrust Test
Select the push clip and install on the center rod labeled "Push".
(3) Use the extension stick
If you cannot touch the test object, use the extension rod to install the clamp.
Note:
During testing, the measured object and gauge must be the same straight line, or you cant test the correct load values.
(4) Make sure you change the way you operate the knob.
(a)Change [peak]
Lightly press the knob on the switch and turn to the left at the same time as the "□" mark is in the [TRACK] position.
(b) [TRACK] [Peak] Changes
Turn the knob to the right, the knob pops up, and the mark "□" is in the [TRACK] position.
(c) Precautions after testing
After testing is completed, change the mark "□" and place it in the [Peak] position. Placing the replacement knob in the [track] position for a long time, the internal life will be shortened.
(5) Indicator Plate Adjustment
(a) Please check if the dial matches [O]. Otherwise, please turn the adjustable ring on the dial. The dial can be used to rotate and the pointer is aligned with [o].
(b) When the machine is positioned vertically, the needle will tilt even if the jig is installed, especially if it is not loaded. This is the cause of the weight of the machine and jig. The adjustable ring on the dial allows you to align the [O] with the hands without affecting the accuracy of the test results.
Note:
In general, loads exceeding the maximum range are applied to machines. After testing the load, the load test machine will gradually deteriorate and get the correct load test value. When using, please do not overload it to maintain the life of the machine.
