The A4988 is a complete micro-stepping motor driver with built-in translator for easy operation. Includes a fixed off time current regulator, regulator in slow or mixed dampening mode. The A4988 converter is the key to make implementation easier. As long as you have a "one step" input, the motor will drive 1 micro step. Phase sequence not available here.
