6 Bend downward with the bar forward so your hand is facing down. Turn your wrist, make the elbows a little flexible, effectively push down with both hands, and get the end of the trainer as close as possible Press and hold the push up for 3-4 seconds before it returns to the starting position. Complete 3 sets of 10 sets.
