Description

■ Head Shape: Torx Button Cap
Rounded head with Torx hole
The seat is wider than regular cap.
Torx has a hexagonal star shape with a tool hole that is strong enough to interfere with the tool and screw, and has very high power transfer efficiency (hard to come out).

■ Thread Shape: Coarse
It is the most standard pitch in Japan as prescribed by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standard. The most frequent distribution in Japan.

■Material: Iron (SCM435)
It is called chrommolybdenum steel alloy for mechanical structures, and is an alloy steel with good hardening properties.
Contains Cr (chromium) for better corrosion resistance than "iron".
Stronger than "iron" or "S45C".

■Surface treatment: Nickel
Widely used for decoration plating to give it a shiny shine. However, it is not as rust resistant as electrogalvanized and chromate treatment.
