The body is made of basswood for a lighter weight. The neck is hard maple and the body is detachable. The fingerboard is rosewood with block position and has white binding. The wheel nut allows the neck to be adjusted without removing the neck. The scale is 32 inches (813 mm) shorter than the normal 34 inches (864 mm), and the width of the fingerboard is slightly slimmer so it is easy for women and children to play. The bridges are traditional, but the string is stretched from the body back to give you a shorter amount of tension on the scale. The volume and master tone control configuration of each pickup is intuitively operated, but the master tone is a switch pot, and when you pull up both pickups and the series will be connected to the false humbucker mode.
