How to use seam ripper
There are several uses for seam grippers. When determining which way to use, take into account the weight and strength of the fabric we handle. Always work in a bright place to avoid scratching the fabric.
1. One quick way to remove long seams is to cut all 3 stitches on one side of the seam using the seam gripper. When you are done simply pull the thread on the opposite side of the seam.
2. Cut the button hole and drill a hole in the inside edge of the button hole with the seam gripper. This prevents the button hole from becoming too long.
