Precautions
*M1/M2 MacBook (2020 MacBook 13" Air & 2020 MacBook 13" Pro) cannot be used for multi-display output. Other port output is available.
*USB-A port does not support Apple SuperDrive and iPad charging.
*Genuine Thunderbolt 4 cable is required for HyperDrive to work properly.
*The USB-C port of the host device must be compatible with Power Delivery, DisplayPort Alt Mode, Thunderbolt 3/4, USB4, 3.2 Generation 1 or 2).
*Thunderbolt 3/4 mode on Windows, Chrome OS and macOS allows up to 2 display outputs.
*Up to 2 mirroring output available for Windows, Chrome OS and macOS.
* USB-C port and monitor must support DP 1.4 and have the same DSC version for output at maximum resolution.
*Each function used in the dock is dependent on the performance of the host device. Please contact the seller of your PC for external displays, host charging, and USB devices compatibility
*If you connect two displays above 4K 60Hz, such as 5K 60Hz and 6K 60Hz, the display and host device must support DSC 1.2 and DP 1.4 HBR3. MacBook M1 Pro, M1 Max, M1 Ultra is compatible with DSC 1.2 and DP 1.4 HBR3, but please note that the LG UltraFine 5K Monitor is not compatible with DSC.
