1. This product is not compatible with dash cams. Please note that the sunshade may be installed by covering the top of the sunshade, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the reason it is not possible to install it because it has a dash camera. 2. This product is attached with a simple suction cup, so there may be a gap between the glass surface. Please note that they do not completely block light. 3. If there is a hot wire on the glass surface, antenna wire, car inspection seal, etc., it will interfere with suction cups, please install the base seal for suction cups (sold separately). 4. Suction cups may be deformed when opened. If it is deformed, put it in warm water about 140°F (60°C) for 5-6 minutes, it will return to its original shape and restore its suction power. 5. There may be some wrinkles due to the fabric or urethane foam weaving. 6. Privacy sunshade may have a slight sewing error of 0.4 - 0.6 inches (1.0 - 1.5 cm). Please be aware that there may be slight gaps. 7. The windshield is angled to make the sun shade more easily sagging. Pull up and down while wearing.
