The Running Dynamics Pod easily measures your running dynamics by simply attaching it to the waist of your running pants.
This is a new measurement that changes to the HRM-Run type that wraps around the chest. Simply connect with the compatible device and attach it to the center of the back of the running pants and run around.

Displays and analyzes the information you need for running, such as pitch, stride width, ground time, left and right balance, up/down movement, and upward movement ratio.
These measurements will help you keep track of your running foam and allow you to perform better on race day.
Operating principle
The Running Dynamics Pod uses an acceleration sensor to measure your bodys movement to determine the information you need for a run.
Pitch: Number of steps per minute. Shows total step numbers of left and right steps.
Grounding Time Balance: Shows the time of the foot is grounded to the ground while running. Example: Arrow pointing to the left or right and numbers such as 53.2
Stride width: stride each step Metric measurements
Up/down: The sway width of the body moves up and down. Measure the movement of the body up and down in centimeters.
Up and down moving ratio: Shows the percentage of the up/down movement and stride width ratio. The lower the numerical statistics, the better running form.
Grounding time: Measure the time in milliseconds (1/1000 seconds) when your foot is grounded to the ground while running.
