Description

This pan is 1-3/4" deep. Clear plastic lid sets 1-1/4" high. To activate this option, the pie snaps on the lid to fit tight and allows you to pan the rim. If you turn off the lip to the pan, then peel it off. This allows the dough to be blocked up and allows the lid to bread the edge of the py. Note: The lid is heat resistant, do not use COOK lid.
