Our customers asked, “Why not made a hanten that isn’t 100% polyester, but instead filled with cotton?”, so we made it.
This is a hanten made in Japan with attention to detail.
Each piece is sewn by hand, so the seams are not stiff like those from a sewing machine and have a soft finish.
The filling is made of 70% cotton, giving it a warm feeling like wearing a comforter.
If we put 100% cotton (filling) into it, it would become heavy, so it has 30% polyester mixed in to create a fluffy feel.
It also makes for a great gift.-
This Kurume weave hanten uses a fabric that has been careful crafted.
