●Regarding the care of the yukata: Polyester yukata is relatively difficult to fade, but the dye may come off slightly when washed. To prevent color transfer, always wash the yukata alone. Basically, the more ph is alkali, the more it will fade. If using detergent, always use a mild detergent. Less water when washed, the dyes will darken and may transfer color. The warmer the water, the better the dye flow. Wash in a generous amount of cold water. To dehydrate, place a large bath towel on top of the yukata, and then pair it with a bath towel and roll it up. For best results, slide both sleeves through a clothesline rod and dry them tightly. If you cannot dry it in a high position, place it horizontally on the back of the yukata.
