This is a plastic model "1/48 Chinese Air Force Curtis Right CW-21A Prototype Fighter Airplane" by drawings.

The CW-21 is a combat and interceptor developed by the St. Louis Aircraft Division of Curtis Wight, the first flight in 1938.
This unit is a base CW-23/SNC multi-seated universal aircraft equipped with two weapons each, a single seated cockpit and a 50 caliber and a 30 caliber machine gun.
The first plane was sent to China to be evaluated by the Chinese Air Force.
Inspired by the performance of the CW-21, the Chinese side immediately begins to negotiate with your purchase, and the prototype was passed down and by Curtis to make and present three machines.
In addition, the contract has been concluded with purchasing 27 aircraft parts to assemble at a Chinese factory.

The three units produced by Curtis, which shipped to China in May 1940, are designed to import the Japanese military connaissance aircraft flying at high altitude.
It was handed down to the 1st United States Courage (Flying Tigers), but the three were crashed and lost in December 1941.
