●MHR (Max Heart Rate): Before exercising, you can understand the MHR (maximum heart rate) training zone, upper and lower heart rate limits, so you can increase the maximum health effect. MHR is indicated in pulse counts per minute.
●CHRO (on chronograph) ---- Press B key twice to select CHRO mode. Press D key to start the stopwatch. Press D key to stop the stopwatch. Press C key to clear/pause the stopwatch. Stopwatch will stop when time reaches 59:59.
How to use the transmitter belt:
1. Secure the transmitter belt to the elastic strap.
2. Adjust the strap to the appropriate length without overstretching it.
3. For men, fix the belt just below the chest muscle.
4. For women, fix the belt just below the chest.
5. Gently remove the belt from your skin and use water or ruff to wet the back of the conductive Library Pad.
