Feature 2: Firing temperature:
Mikawa ware (Akayaki and old-fashioned ware) is generally fired up to 232°F (1,100°C).
Unglazed pots, and many import pots are around 900 degrees Celsius. The high temperature of 200℃ will cause the soil to tighten.
Stronger and more durable than unglazed pottery.
