How to use:
1.Cold damp:
Let the gel sheet cool in the fridge for about 15 minutes, remove the surface water and dry it and put it into the silicone eyepad. Recommended usage time is 15-30 minutes.
2.Warm damp:
Heating Method 1: Preheat the gel sheet with 176°F (80°C) water for 5 minutes, remove it or put it directly in boiling water for 3 minutes. After fully heated, place in the silicone eyepad to use.
Heating Method 2: Soak the gel sheet in a container filled with clear water, then microwave for about 3 minutes.
