Description

How to use:

1. Prepare the liquid, put it in a glass beaker or right angle container with diameter over 70mm, height over 130mm, to control the liquid temperature.

2.Install the protective bracket on the device. Turn right for installation, turn left to remove.

3. Screw the selected rotor into the connecting rod, turn right and turn left to remove.

4. If the reading data is too high or too low, you can change the rotor or rate. Make sure the reading value is 20-80.

5. Set range, coefficient, rotor and rate.

5.1. Estimate the viscosity range and select the rotor and speed based on the range chart shown below.

For example, the viscosity of the liquid is about 3000 mPa s and the setting is:

Rotor 2# Speed 6 rpm,

Rotor 3# Speed 0f 30rpm

5.2 If you can not estimate the viscosity of the liquid, you need to take a higher value for actual measurements

5.3 coefficient: To get the absolute viscosity, you need to multiply the reading value with a certain factor of the table of the coefficient.

In other words, message = k, α

1) = Absolute Viscosity

Factor

α=Reading (deflection angle)
